Wrong Delivery Address

In certain situations, a customer or our Support Team may call you to change the delivery address to a new one.

If the new delivery address is close to the original one, please deliver the food to the new location without asking for additional payment.

However, if the new location is not in close proximity, you can decide whether to deliver the order to the new address or not depending on your agreement with the customer. 

We strongly recommend that you deliver such orders only if the new location is within a reasonable distance.
