In certain situations, you may experience a need to contact the driver. Such situations may include but are not limited to:
- You cannot locate the driver
- You left an item in the vehicle
To call a driver after your ride, please follow the instruction below:
- Go to the main menu by tapping your profile picture
- Open Ride History
- Choose the relevant trip
- Tap the icon to call the driver - this option is available only for 24 hours after the ride ended
When you use the in-app call function, the call will be connected by masking your number; this means that your phone number will never be revealed to the driver to protect your privacy.
Note: You can call the driver only from the phone number registered with the app.
