In certain situations, you may need to contact the driver after you complete the ride.
Follow the instructions below to call a driver after your ride:
- Go to the Main menu (top left corner)
- Click on Ride history
- Select the relevant trip
- Tap on the call icon and select Call - this option will be available only for 24 hours after the ride ended
- You can contact our Support team from the app after 24 hours after the ride ends.
