Calling a Driver

In certain situations, you may experience a need to contact the Driver. Such situations may include but are not limited to:

  • You cannot locate the Driver
  • You left an item in the vehicle

To call a driver after your ride, please follow the instruction below:

  • Go to the main menu by tapping your profile picture
  • Open Ride History
  • Choose the relevant trip
  • Tap the icon to call the Driver - this option is available only for 24 hours after the ride ended

When you use the in-app call function, the call will be connected by masking your number; this means that your phone number will never be revealed to the driver to protect your privacy. 

Note: You can call the driver only from the phone number registered with the app.
