In certain situations, you may need to contact the driver after you complete the ride.
Follow the instructions below to call a driver after your ride:
- Go to the Main menu (top left corner)
- Click on Ride history
- Select the relevant trip
- Tap on the call icon and select Call (This option will be available only for 24 hours after the ride ended)
When you use the in-app call function, your phone number will never be revealed to the driver. You can contact our Support Team from the app after 24 hours after the ride ends.
