Your most recent 40 ratings are calculated to give your average rating. This correlates to the driver rating shown in the driver app. These ratings reflect direct feedback left to drivers from passengers. To find out more about how you can improve your rating, view our guidelines.
The current acceptance rate for drivers is:

What can I do if I get blocked?
If you get blocked and want your block to be reviewed, please contact Customer Support through the Bolt app or by calling 808 169 8818 (for London and Windsor and Maidenhead drivers) or 0808 168 9314 (for Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Leicester, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Solihull drivers). State that you wish to request a driver rating block review. Your case will be escalated and reviewed within 48 hours. Customer Support will contact and inform you about the outcome.
What is my acceptance rate affected by?
Your acceptance rate is affected by:
- Missed trip requests
- Requests you reject
- Trips you cancel
Your acceptance rate is not affected by passenger cancellations or passengers not showing.
