Resetting or Changing Account Password

To reset your password from the business portal:

  • Click on Login with Magic Link
  • Enter your registered email and click Send magic link
  • You will receive an email with the link to login into your account

To change your password:

  • Log in to your business account dashboard with the current password
  • Click on My Account tab in the top right corner
  • Click on Change Password
  • Fill in the required fields (current password, new password and repeat new password)
  • Select Save to confirm changes 

NoteIf you forgot your current password, sign in using the Magic link or you can contact our Support team through the Help button in the portal.
