Resetting or Changing Account Password

Use the following instructions to reset your password:

  • Select the Login with Magic Link option
  • Enter your registered email and select Send Magic Link
  • You will receive an email with the link to login into your account
  • Create another admin and add a new password

To change your password:

  • Sign in to your business account with the current password
  • Click on My Account in the top right corner
  • Click on Change Password
  • Fill in the required fields; current password, new password and repeat new password
  • Select Save to confirm changes - a new password is now active

Note: If you forgot your current password then changing it will be impossible. Keep using the Magic link.
