Managing account administrators

In the People tab, you can add, remove and reactivate account administrators. Please note that you can only do it if you’re an administrator of the business account. 

To make an existing rider an administrator:

  • Go to the People tab
  • Open Administrators
  • Click on the Edit button
  • Click Create an administrator.

Please note that deactivation is not possible if there is only one administrator. To do that, please add a new administrator first.

A new administrator will receive a confirmation link to their email. They need to open the link to activate their administrator account.
