Bolt sends a rides summary on the 1st of each month for the previous calendar month. It is a statement sent for accounting purposes and does not require any payment to be made.
A statement of the service fee is also sent on the 2nd of each month. The fee will be charged from your card automatically. For post-paid billing users, it is added to their invoice and they have until the 15th day of the month to pay to Bolt bank account.
To download your monthly summary and service fee invoice:
- Go to Billing tab and select Statements
- Select the format (PDF, CSV or Excel) next to the month to download your ride summary
- Click on the Service Fee Invoice hyperlink to download your monthly invoice.
