Downloading a monthly statement or invoice

By the 3rd day of each month, Bolt sends a monthly statement (or invoice, if applicable to your company) for the previous month. The document includes:

  • A summary of your company’s rides
  • A monthly service fee. Please note that it does not require a separate payment. 

In the Business Portal, you can download the following documents:

  • Monthly statement/invoice and service fee invoice in the Billing tab
  • Individual trip receipts in the Rides tab.
