To give rider access to company payment method:
- Log in to your dashboard and click on Riders tab
- Select Add rider to add a user or make sure existing rider is in the active status.
Once you add the user, they will be able to use the business payment method, if they:
- Go to settings in their Bolt app and click Payments
- Select Company Name as the payment method.
To remove the user's access to the company payment method:
- Click on Riders tab in the business portal dashboard
- Select the user by clicking on Edit rider
- Scroll down and click Deactivate rider
- The rider will no longer be able to use the company payment method.
