If you have an active order, please use the call option in the app to contact us:
- Click on a red circle with a warning sign
- Click on Report Issue
- Select Call Support
No active order
If an issue occurs when you are not delivering an order, please contact us by sending a message via in-app:
- Go to the main menu
- Select the relevant section
- Select an article that describes your issue the best
- Go through the article and if you still need help, click the Contact Bolt button below the article.
Appointments at the office
At the moment, we do not have a dedicated time for walk-ins for our couriers. Please visit our office only when you booked the time on the calendar (Tallinn only).
