Contacting Customer Support

Active order

If you have an active order, please use the call option in the app to contact us:

  • Click on a red circle with a warning sign
  • Click on Report Issue
  • Select Call Support

No active order

If an issue occurs when you are not delivering an order, please contact us by sending a message via in-app:

  • Go to the main menu
  • Select the relevant section
  • Select an article that describes your issue the best
  • Go through the article and if you still need help, click the Contact Bolt button below the article.

Appointments at the office

At the moment, we do not have a dedicated time for walk-ins for our couriers. Please visit our office only when you booked the time on the calendar (Tallinn only).
