If your overall rating falls below 4.5 your account will be suspended. If that is your situation, we have prepared a refresher course on accepted quality in the platform.
To make your account active again:
- Click on a refresher course
- Fill in required details and click on Enter to access the short video and quiz
- Watch the video and take the quiz.
