In case the customer doesn’t show up, please complete the following steps:
- Try to reach out to the customer by using their phone number available in the order
- If the customer doesn’t reply, try calling at least 3 times within 10 minutes
- If you can't reach out to them, please contact our Support team via a phone call and inform about the situation before you leave
