Add or Edit Policies

Use the Policies tab to define how your company employees can use Bolt for Business.

You can apply different restrictions and assign these to different groups. You can have one or many policies and link them with a suitable group, e.g. the sales department has a different policy than customer support.

To add a Policy: 

  • Click on Add Policy
  • Fill in the details
    • You can set a weekly, monthly or daily spending allowance for a specific group
    • You can set a weekly, monthly or daily allowed trips amount
    • You can request the employee to enter a comment about the trip before requesting

Each policy can be easily activated or deactivated by clicking on their name and sliding the Enabled button at the bottom of the Policy page.
