Linking or Unlinking a Card

You can manage linked credit cards in the Billing tab when you log in to the business portal dashboard.

To link a card to your account:

  • Go to Billing tab on the dashboard
  • Click Add New Card
  • Provide required information 
  • Click Continue to add your card

To unlink a card from your account:

  • Click the Edit icon next to the card you want to unlink
  • Select Unlink and Remove Credit Card
  • Confirm the process by clicking Yes, I confirm the removal. Please note that you can't unlink the primary card.

If you are unable to link a card, contact our Support team through the Help button in the portal.
