I Was Involved in an Accident

Immediately notify the police and paramedics if necessary and let us know about the situation via the app.

To claim for insurance cover for medical and other expenses, contact Oaksure Customer Care Call Centre via phone number 087-049-2855 (086-162-5787) or email address boltclaims@oaksure.co.za. Please provide them with the trip details and a phone number linked to your Bolt account and follow their instructions.

Please note that the loss of personal items is only covered if an incident (hijacking, vehicle accident) occurs.
