Customer Did Not Pay or Paid Less

Customers can pay in cash (in some cities) or use an in-app payment method (debit or credit card) for their orders. 

Couriers are responsible for collecting the correct cash amount from the customer.  

Please follow the steps below if the customer doesn’t pay or pays less for the cash order:

  • Press the Collect from client option
  • Enter the exact amount the customer gave you 
  • Click the Submit button
  • Confirm the amount by selecting Yes in the confirmation screen
  • Tick Deliver order and confirm delivery.

We will follow up to resolve the report.
