Customers can pay for their order using an in-app payment method (debit or credit card) or cash (in some cities).
You will be notified of the payment option the customer has chosen when accepting the delivery. If the customer will pay cash, a yellow ribbon will appear at the bottom of the screen indicating the Collect from client.
When you reach the delivery address, collect the indicated amount and proceed to confirm having done so in the app. You will be prompted to indicate the exact amount of money you collected from the customer before you can change the status of the order to Delivered.
Let us know if the client did not pay or paid less for the order.
