If you discover that you don't have enough cash to pay for the order, report the issue in the following way:
- Tap the red triangle icon
- Select the I can’t pay option
- Enter the amount that you have
- Click Submit.
The order will be switched to a cashless pickup and your balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Note: Please do not use this feature to avoid cash pickup orders. If you do this, you increase the chance of reaching the balance threshold, which will disable your ability to receive cash orders.
