Not Receiving Cash Orders

If you are not receiving cash orders, it may be that you have reached your account debt threshold. This means that you have completed more cash order deliveries than in-app deliveries. 

In this case, please pay the owing balance to Bolt to start receiving cash orders again. 

To help you reduce and pay your outstanding debt, you will also only receive in-app (card) payment orders.
