We forgot to pack an item

Please check that the order is complete before packing and handing it over to the courier or customer. 

If you forgot to pack an item, please contact Support through the app. We may: 

  • Ask the courier to return to fetch the item (if possible)
  • Refund the customer the value of the missing item. 

Kindly note that refunds will appear in your weekly invoice.
