Bolt Balance

In a situation when you are being compensated, the amount will be added to your account as a credit that you can use towards your next ride. Please note that balance cannot be used with cash rides.

You can check your balance in the Payments section. If you don’t see it, your balance is either zero or you haven’t updated the app to the latest version.

If the value is positive, your next ride will be automatically discounted by the value of your balance, and the balance will be reduced.
