I was charged more than expected

We are sorry that the final price for your order was higher than expected. The final price can be higher when:

  • A negative balance for a previous order was added to your current order 
  • The price of your basket was lower than the minimal order price and a small order fee was added 
  • You requested to change the original delivery address to a further location.
