How to change the details
You can change the following bank account details in the Driver Portal:
- Account recipient
- Swift code
- Branch code
- Account type
In the portal, open your profile, scroll to the Payout account information section and fill in the correct details.
To edit your IBAN code, please contact our Support team via the app.
Bank details requirements
- The account holder name must be correct and consist only of letters from A to Z (e.g. John Smith)
- Your mobile number must be correct and start with one of the following prefixes: 25470, 25471, 25472, 25474, 25476 or 25479
- The correct mobile number operator (only Safaricom numbers are supported) must be selected.
