To change your bank account information, please contact our Support team via the app and provide the following:
- Selfie of you holding your government-issued ID card
- Mobile wallet details.
Mobile wallet details requirements
- The account holder name must be correct and consist only of letters from A to Z (e.g. John Smith)
- Your mobile number must be correct and start with one of the following prefixes: 25472, 25470, 25471, 25479, 25474, 25476, or 25411
- The correct mobile number operator (only Safaricom numbers are supported) must be selected.
