A rider can't use the company's payment method

If your company uses a credit card, make sure that:

  • The card isn’t expired
  • The card has sufficient funds
  • The card’s limit isn’t exceeded. 

In case of post-paid billing, make sure you haven’t reached the company’s credit limit. You can see the remaining credit in the Billing tab.
