How to change the details
You can change your bank account information in the Driver Portal. In your profile, scroll to the Payout account information section and fill in the correct details.
Bank details requirements
- The account holder name is correct and consists only of letters from A to Z (e.g. John Smith)
- The correct mobile number operator) is selected. Currently, MTN, Vodafone, Airtel and Tigo are supported.
- Your mobile number is correct and starts with one of the following prefixes:
- MTN: 23354, 23324, 23355 or 23359
- VODAFONE: 23320 or 23350
- AIRTEL: 23326 or 23356
- TIGO: 23327 or 23357
