To change your bank account information, please contact our Support team via the app and provide the following documents:
- Selfie of you holding your government-issued ID card
- Proof of banking information in your name (bank statement, account confirmation letter, etc.).
Bank details requirements
- The account holder name: the name must be correct (full name) and consists only of letters from A to Z (e.g. John Smith)
- The account number: it is ten digits long and without any extra characters (e.g. 1234567890)
- The bank name: it must be correct.
