In case of a failed cashout request, the sum of the cashout and the fee will be returned to your balance.
When experiencing problems with the cashout, you will see an app error message with the issue description and guidelines on what actions to take. In case of incorrect banking details, make sure the details meet the criteria.
Please note that cashouts can be delayed up to two working days depending on your bank processing times.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue, please contact our Support team from the app and include the Cashout ID in your message.
