Editing your menu

Please contact Support for help with your menu update requests at least 7 days in advance of the activation date. 

Be sure to provide the relevant information: 

  • Menu category
  • Menu item 
  • Item specifications, e.g. item description, price, portion size, etc.
  • Dietary specifications, e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.
  • Options, e.g. extra toppings, sauces, condiments, etc.
  • Number of options possible, i.e. how many items the customer can order
  • Photo of the item 
  • Date when the menu should be live in the app.
