You can add or edit your menu in one of three ways. Through the:
- Provider portal
- Integrated POS system
- Support platform (in-app or email)
When contacting Support, please send the request 7 days before the change needs to appear in the app. Kindly provide the following information:
- Menu category
- Menu item
- Item specifications, e.g. item description, price, size, etc.
- Dietary specifications, e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.
- Options, e.g. extra toppings, sauces, condiments, etc.
- Number of options possible, i.e. how many can the customer order
- Photo of the item (optional)
- Date when the menu should be live in the app.
Note: It is only possible to manage your menu through one of the three options. If you would like to switch between either option, a new menu needs to be created in the chosen management tool. Please expect downtime in this case.
