Please contact Support for help with your menu update requests at least 7 days in advance of the activation date.
Be sure to provide the relevant information:
- Menu category
- Menu item
- Item specifications, e.g. item description, price, portion size, etc.
- Dietary specifications, e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.
- Options, e.g. extra toppings, sauces, condiments, etc.
- Number of options possible, i.e. how many items the customer can order
- Photo of the item
- Date when the menu should be live in the app.
