If you are experiencing an app notification issue, check:
- That Sound and Notification settings are turned on for the Bolt Food app
- That the device volume is turned up to the maximum
- That the Do not disturb setting is disabled
- Automatic Rules option - turn all of these rules off
- That media notifications are set to the maximum volume.
You can also perform a hard device restart and reopen the Bolt Food app. If the issue persists, please contact Support for help.
