To change your bank details, please log in to the Driver Portal and update the relevant field in the Payout account information section.
To confirm the change, enter a one-time code sent to your phone number. If you don’t have access to the phone number linked to your account, please change the phone number first.
If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our Support team via the app and provide your new account details.

We only accept bank accounts that are linked to ITN (Individual Taxpayer Number).
