My balance is not updated after paying commission

If your balance has not been updated after you paid commission to Bolt, check:

  • The time when you made the payment. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24-72 hours for the amount to be visible in your balance. Public holidays may delay the payment processing.
  • The reference number if you made a bank transfer. If an incorrect reference number was used, the payment can’t be automatically allocated to your balance.

If more than 72 hours have passed or you used an incorrect reference number, please report the issue to our Support team and provide a proof of the payment (screenshot of debit alert or picture of the deposit slip).
