My balance is not updated after paying commission

If your balance has not been updated after you paid commission to Bolt, check the time when you made the payment. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24-72 hours for the amount to be visible in your balance. Public holidays may delay the payment processing.

If more than 72 hours have passed, please report the issue to our Support team and provide a proof of the payment (screenshot of debit alert).
