I picked up a wrong rider

Before starting a ride, confirm the rider’s name and the destination location to make sure you have picked up the correct rider.

If you picked up the wrong rider, follow the steps below:

  • Notify the rider about the situation
  • Finish the order in the app
  • Don’t confirm the final price. Instead, report an issue with the price and choose the relevant reason.

Our local team will review the order details as soon as possible.
