Please check if a rider left any personal belongings in the vehicle after each trip. If you find any lost item:
- And you know who left it: contact the rider via the app. You will have 24 hours to use the call option in the ride history to reach out to the rider.
- And you are not sure who left the item in the car: notify our Support team about the item and follow their instructions
- And a phone was left: notify our Support team about the item and follow their instructions.
Additional information for Milton Keynes and Peterborough drivers:
- If you were able to reach the rider, please make sure to return the item to them within 24 hours
- If you were unable to reach the rider, please take the lost property to the nearest Police Station within 24 hours from the trip. Leave it in the custody of the person in charge and obtain a receipt for it.
