You can check your balance in the app. If your balance is a negative figure, please pay this amount to Bolt in the following way:
- Tap the Pay to Bolt option
- Select the Bank Transfer option
You will receive a virtual account number. The number can be used for only one payment and is valid for 7 days.
Please use your banking app, agent or bank to deposit the payment. Both you and Bolt will receive a payment notification once the payment is successful.
Note: You do not need to enter a reference number when making the payment. Simply use the provided virtual account number - please remember that the number is valid for one payment.
