To be able to order age-restricted items from the Bolt Food app, you need to verify your age using the Smart-ID app and account.
If you do not have a Smart-ID account, please proceed with creating one by following the instructions for creating a Smart-ID account using an ID card.
Upgrading existing account
If you already have a Smart-ID account used for online banking (Smart-ID Basic), you need to upgrade it to a full-access account by following the instructions for upgrading the account.
If you are unable to order age-restricted items even after creating or upgrading your account, please contact Support.
