Passengers with service animals
Service animals are permitted to accompany riders at all times without extra charge. Please note that refusing to allow an assistance animal into your vehicle might lead to your account being blocked.
If you need to cancel or refuse to carry out a ride because of medical reasons, e.g. allergies, please explain to the rider the reason why. You will not be penalised in such a case.
Riders may bring one animal such as a dog, a cat or any other animal classed as a domestic pet. There are no restrictions on size or breed, but riders are advised to contact the driver in case their animal is exceptionally big or exotic. Accepting more than one pet per ride is up to the driver’s discretion.
