Understanding the Performance screen

On your Performance screen, you can check the following metrics:

  • Acceptance rate - share of accepted orders from all proposed orders. Both missed and rejected orders negatively affect your acceptance rate.  
  • Number of completed deliveries - all the deliveries you have completed and marked as Delivered 
  • Gross earnings - earnings from deliveries, bonuses and adjustments, before any possible commission or VAT 
  • Cash transactions - in markets with cash payments, this amount reflects the total amount of cash dropped off at pickup points and cash received from clients
  • Travelled distance -  distance travelled to the restaurant and from the restaurant to the eater

These metrics can be filtered by:

  • Day - includes only orders accepted and completed from 00 to 24h in the current day
  • Week - includes orders accepted and completed from Monday at 00h until the present moment
  • Month - includes orders accepted and completed from the first day of the month at 00h until the present moment
