How to cancel a delivery

If you have accepted a delivery, please try to complete the order and then set yourself offline. 

You can unassign orders via the app. To unassign an order:  

  • Tap the Information (i) button next to the customer’s name
  • Choose a reason for unassigning the order
  • Tap the Unassign order button.

Note: Make sure you have the latest version of the app. If you reach the limit of unassigned orders, please contact Support via the app. 

Orders can also be reassigned to a different courier by Support when: 

  • The order/parcel is too big for your bag or vehicle
  • You are having issues with your vehicle
  • You were in an accident.
