Additional information for markets with cash payment
On markets that have cash as a payment option, balance is a representation of the sum of money you have collected from customers; it should always be the same amount, just a negative value, as Cash.
- Your balance increases when you pay for an order in cash at the restaurant (cash pickup).
- Your balance decreases when you deliver a cash dropoff order where the customer gives you cash.
Please note that your balance may be updated with a delay. Any pending balance changes will appear in the All deliveries view with an hourglass icon.
