Note: Cards issued by Russian banks can no longer be used due to the changes on the side of providers.
A payment might fail for the following reasons:
- There are insufficient funds on the card
- The card has expired
- E-commerce transactions are not enabled
- The limit has been exceeded.
In case of a failed payment, please contact your card issuer to approve the transaction. Once the payment has been approved, use the Retry payment option under the Payment section in the app.
