If you can’t start or finish your ride, please make sure that:
- You are inside our operation area and where parking is allowed. Area borders and non-parking zones are indicated on the map in the app
- You have a good internet connection and your geolocation services are turned on.
If this doesn’t resolve your issue, please try to:
- Force stop the app and open it again
- Update the app if a new app release is available
- Update your phone operating system
- Restart your phone
- If nothing else fixes the problem, reinstall the app.
