The customer is not here

When you arrive at the drop-off location, please check the customer’s delivery instructions in the Where should the order be left section. 

If no instructions were left, ring/knock for their attention. In case there is no response, please try the following: 

  • Call the customer to inform them of your arrival
  • If there is no answer, try to call them another 2 times (space 3 minutes between each attempt)
  • After at least 3 call attempts in a 10-minute frame, dispose of the meal by leaving it in an accessible place for the customer and mark the order as delivered.
