The payment cycle runs from Monday 00:00 to the following Sunday at 23:59.
If your balance is above the payout threshold, Bolt will send you/your fleet owner a payout during the first half of the new week. The amount paid out can take 1 - 2 business days to reflect in your account balance.
If the balance is below the threshold, the amount will be carried over to the new week’s balance.
Please provide us with a supported bank account or mobile money wallet to ensure that you receive your payout.

If you complete a higher amount of deliveries during the week, you will gain a higher base fee for each delivery the following week. You won’t be eligible to receive a higher base if:
- You confirm your arrival at a restaurant more than 200m from their location for more than 5% of deliveries during the assessed week;
- You confirm your arrival at the customer’s address more than 200m from their location for more than 5% of deliveries during the assessed week.
If you operate in one of these cities, you will receive a communication outlining the number of deliveries required to be eligible for each level of base pay at the beginning of each week.
