How do I change fleet in the Netherlands?

If you want to change your fleet, your new Fleet Owner has to invite you to their Fleet Portal via the Fleet Owner portal.


Steps for fleet owner

  • Go to Fleet Owner Portal
  • Click on Invite drivers
  • Fill in driver's phone number and email address
  • Send link to the driver

Steps for driver

Open your email inbox and click Accept invitation and you will automatically be added to the new fleet.

Note: You will get a new driver account on the platform after you change or leave the fleet. This means you can no longer view your old order data, reports and documents. All previously completed rides and bonuses will no longer appear in the driver's app. Download the reports in the Driver portal to make them available for your administration.
